Trial, plans and invoices

The free trial

A new portfolio starts with a 30-day free trial, which you start from Settings → Subscription by choosing a plan and entering a card. Nothing is charged when it starts. During the trial you have one property, with the premium features switched off (indexation calculations and letters, contract generation, publishing, members, your own index series).

Cancel at any time during the trial with “Manage the subscription”: nothing is charged, and when the trial ends the portfolio becomes read-only; nothing is deleted. If you do not cancel, the plan you chose starts when the trial ends and its first period is charged. There is one free trial per person and per card: a card that has already had one can still subscribe, without a trial.

Premium and Pro

Premium is made for a private landlord; Pro for larger portfolios and agencies, with more properties, members and storage. Both are monthly or yearly, and every limit is shown in Settings → Subscription. The current prices are on the pricing page.

Payment, VAT and invoices

Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Prices are shown excluding VAT, and the VAT that applies to you is added at checkout. Your invoices are in Settings → Subscription.

Cancelling

Cancel from the subscription page at any time. The portfolio stays premium until the end of the period you paid for, then becomes read-only; your data stays and can be exported.
