Your portfolio

Everything you manage lives in a portfolio: properties, tenants, landlords, leases, documents and reminders. Your first portfolio is created when you sign up. You can create more from the portfolio switcher at the top of the menu, for example to keep a family property apart from your own.

Each portfolio has its own members, its own plan and its own address in the app (/p/your-portfolio/…), so a link you share always opens the right one.

The guided start

A new portfolio opens on a short wizard: one property, then its tenant and lease, then a summary of what StoffRent now does for you. Every step can be skipped, and nothing it creates is special: you can edit or delete it like anything else.

Trying it on sample data

Rather look around before entering your own properties? Choose “Explore with sample data” on the empty dashboard or in the wizard. StoffRent creates a separate sample portfolio with fictional properties, tenants, leases, documents and a year of indexation history, in your language.

The sample is yours to change. It is kept apart from your real data, is never published, and is erased automatically after 30 days. The purple bar at the top of its pages deletes it at once.

The public demo, on the website, shows the same kind of portfolio with every premium feature switched on, without signing in.
