Reminders and alerts
What StoffRent reminds you about on its own, and the reminders you add yourself.
Automatic reminders
StoffRent creates reminders on its own for:
- indexations that are due;
- fixed-term leases that are about to end;
- documents with an expiry date - an energy certificate, an insurance policy, a boiler certificate.
Your own reminders
Add maintenance reminders from Alerts or from a property’s Reminders tab: a boiler service, a chimney sweep, smoke detectors. Make one repeat every few months and completing it schedules the next one. Snooze a reminder for a week when it is not the moment.
The weekly e-mail
On Mondays, StoffRent e-mails you what is overdue or due within 30 days, across all your portfolios. When nothing is due, nothing is sent. You can turn it off in Settings → Notifications.
