Your data: export and deletion

Take all your data with you, delete a portfolio or close your account.

Exporting everything

Settings → Export the portfolio gives the owner or an admin one archive with all of the portfolio’s data as JSON and as spreadsheet-ready CSV files, with every document and photo. It works on every plan, including after the trial.

Deleting a portfolio

The owner can delete a portfolio from the bottom of the settings page. Its subscription is cancelled at once; the data disappears from the app and is erased for good after 90 days, so a mistake can still be undone by writing to us in the meantime. A sample portfolio is erased at once.

Closing your account

Close your account from the same place, with your password (and a two-factor code if you use one). Portfolios you own alone are deleted with it; in shared ones, only your membership goes. You receive an e-mail confirming the closure and the date the data is erased.
