Rent indexation in Brussels
In Brussels, a rent is indexed once a year, on the anniversary of the lease's entry into force, with the health index — provided the lease is registered and the tenant has received a valid EPC (PEB) certificate. For a dwelling rated E, F or G and let before 14 October 2022, a correction factor applies.
